En 2006 terminó sus estudios en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas en ESERP Barcelona y aplicó ese conocimiento con perseverancia y esfuerzo en Australia, creando allí la empresa AussieYouTOO.com. Mediante esta web se informa sobre las posibilidades reales de viajar a Australia, estudiar y tener la posibilidad de trabajar ahí. Actualmente, la situación económico-financiera en España pasa por momentos de incertidumbre e invita a muchos jóvenes a viajar al extranjero para mejorar su experiencia laboral y el idioma inglés. Es el camino que inició Caparrós, sin imaginarse que terminaría viviendo en Australia y surgiendo ahí su iniciativa empresarial.
Marta viajó en 2009 a Australia con la única idea de vivir una experiencia diferente y mejorar su nivel de inglés. Estando ahí, Marta recibió gran cantidad de e-mails de estudiantes españoles que querían viajar a Australia, sobre todo para practicar inglés. Es por ello que decidió contactar con el Director de una de las escuelas de inglés en Byron Bay, su localidad de residencia, para acordar una colaboración laboral. El Director aceptó trabajar juntos, convirtiéndose Marta en el vínculo entre la escuela y los españoles. Con el tiempo, la idea la extendió a Sydney, Melbourne o Perth (este y oeste de Australia), hasta plantearse seriamente crear una empresa de soporte en Australia para españoles. Lo más difícil era montar un negocio propio, para lo que contó con la ayuda de su jefe, David Fisher, quien abrió la empresa por ella. Tras presentar Marta un Business Plan al Sr. Fisher, este aceptó el proyecto en marzo de 2012. De ahí surge AussieYouTOO.com, una plataforma online con toda la información que un español necesita para viajar y vivir una temporada en la exótica zona de las Antípodas.
Marta Caparrós, tras su empeño y esfuerzo constante, se muestra muy satisfecha: “Me puedo quedar a vivir aquí, ayudando a otros españoles que quieran venir a este maravilloso país lleno de oportunidades.
