I´ve started my MBA at ESERP when I was working for REGUS as General manager, I was 36 at that time. Looking to broaden my views on business and management in international environments, I selected the International MBA of ESERP out of many educational offers I had. The ESERP MBA gave me insights on strategic thinking and the ability to link all the different aspects of a today’s business together. It was so helpful that I was able to analyse much quicker and take critical decisions much easier. One week before graduating I was offered a position by a head-hunter in Barcelona as Operations Director Europe at the company www.waytostay.com, the MBA definitely helped, where I now manage a group of 70 team players in the areas of Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sales and Customer service. Having graduated at ESERP not just helped me to expand my business and career but above all myself and that should always be the first motivation when choosing an education.
