El pasado lunes 19 de diciembre, en las instalaciones del Real Club de Tenis Barcelona, presidido por el Dr. José Antonio Pujante, Honorary Degree de ESERP, tuvo lugar el homenaje organizado por uno de los lobbies más importantes del deporte el “Panathlón Club de Barcelona” al reciente Campeón de la Copa Davis 2011, Albert Costa, con la asistencia de destacadas personalidades del mundo del deporte y la política.
El “Panathlón Club de Barcelona”, fue fundado gracias a la iniciativa del Excelentísimo Sr. D. Juan Antonio Samaranch y el Profesor Dr. Pujante, así como diversas personalidades de la sociedad barcelonesa, vinculadas todas ellas al mundo deportivo de diferentes épocas, para continuar con la doctrina fundamental que dio origen a su creación: Preservar y velar por los valores y el espíritu en todas sus disciplinas, así como el apoyo incondicional para todos los atletas, hombres y mujeres, ya sean jóvenes promesas y viejas glorias, conviviendo con respeto y admiración mutua, la pasión por la cultura del esfuerzo y los grandes logros deportivos, es el lema que todos los que conforman este emblemático club.
Last Monday, December 19th, in the facilities of the Real Club of tennis Barcelona, chaired by Dr. José Antonio Pujante, Honorary Degree of ESERP, took place a tribute to the recent 2011 Davis Cup champion, Albert Costa, organized by one of the most important lobbies of sport «Panathlón Club of Barcelona», with the assistance of prominent personalities from the world of sport and politics.
The «Panathlón Club de Barcelona», was founded through the initiative of his Excellency Mr. Juan Antonio Samaranch and Professor Dr. Pujante, as well as several personalities of Barcelona society, all of them linked to the world of sports from different ages, to continue with the fundamental doctrine which was the main reason to its creation: to preserve and ensure the values and the spirit of sports in all its disciplines as well as the support unconditional for all the athletes, men and women, whether they are young promises or old glories, coexisting with respect and mutual admiration, with passion for the culture of the effort and for the great sporting achievements; these are the motto of all those who make up this emblematic club.
