La Conferencia titulada “La Sociedad Civil del Siglo XXI, congregó a multitud de personas en el Salón de Actos de la sede de ESERP en Barcelona
El pasado jueves 22 de marzo, se iniciaba de forma brillante el Ciclo de Conferencias ESERP con motivo del veintiseisavo aniversario de la Escuela de Negocios con la presencia del Honorable Conseller d’Interior de la Generalitat de Catalunya D. Felip Puig i Godes, quien pronunció una interesante conferencia titulada “La Sociedad Civil del Siglo XXI”
Durante su ponencia, D. Felip Puig reflexionó sobre aspectos relacionados con la seguridad, como garantí imprescidible del Estado del Bienestar. Debemos prepararnos para la prevención, para la respuesta y para la recuperación. Las Administraciones tienen un papel clave bajo el liderazgo efectivo de los responsables políticos para alcanzar cinco grandes objetivos: la gestión de la incertidumbre, el riesgo, el encaje de Cataluña en el mundo, revalorización de la política, la seguridad y la involucración y la participación de la sociedad civil.
El Conseller estuvo acompañado por el Presidente de la Fundación Universitaria ESERP Dr. Jose Luis Barquero, El Director General de ESERP Dr. José Daniel Barquero, el Catedrático de la Universidad de Barcelona Dr. Alfredo Rocafort y el Catedrático de la Universidad del País Vasco Dr. Javier Maqueda.
Fue sin duda una oportunidad única para los alumnos de ESERP el poder reflexionar acerca de los retos en diferentes ambitos que nos plantea la sociedad del futuro y como ellos podrán gracias a su formación, tomar las decisiones adecuadas que ayuden a superar los obstáculos y mejorar la convivencia y el bienestar común.

Last Thursday 22nd March, started in a brilliantly way, the ESERP Conference Cycle on occasion on the 26th anniversary of the Business School with the presence of the Honourable Minister of the Intern Department of the Catalonian Government Mr. Felip Puig Godes, who gave an interesting conference entitled «The Civil Society of the 21st Century».
During his presentation, Mr. Felip Puig focussed on aspects related to security, such as guarantee of the welfare state. We must prepare ourselves for the prevention, response and recovery. Governments have a key role under the effective leadership of the responsible politicians towards the five major goals: the management of uncertainty, risk, the situatuion of Catalonia in the world, revaluation of the politican class, security and the involvement and participation of the civil society.
The Minister was accompanied by the President of the University Foundation ESERP Dr. Jose Luis Barquero, the General Director of ESERP Dr. José Daniel Barquero, the Professor of the University of Barcelona Dr. Alfredo Rocafort and the Professor of the University of the Pais Vasco Dr. Javier Maqueda.
It was with any doubt an unique opportunity for students of ESERP to reflect on the challenges in different areas raised by the society of the future, and what are the things that they can due after his training, taking the right decisions in the future as a professionals in order to overcome the obstacles and improve the coexistence and the common welfare.
